I went over my grocery budget by $ 3.25. I did all of the steps I listed in the link below, including using 3 coupons for $3.79 in savings. I went over my budget by buying cat food, brownies and fresh cherries that were not on my list. Even after I went over all of the steps, I still forgot to put cat food on the list. I always include a little wiggle room in my budget in case there is something I want to buy or something I really underestimated. Even though I went over my budget, I accomplished my real goal of getting what I need without grossly overspending on things I don't need.

ADD or ADHD
- The correct medical term for Attention Deficit Disorder is ADHD. There are 3 subtypes of ADHD: Predominantly inattentive(commonly called ADD), Predominantly hyperactive-impulsive, and Combined. Through out this blog and the ADHD related sites linked from this blog the terms ADHD, AD/HD, and ADD are used interchangeably.
