ADD or ADHD

  • The correct medical term for Attention Deficit Disorder is ADHD. There are 3 subtypes of ADHD: Predominantly inattentive(commonly called ADD), Predominantly hyperactive-impulsive, and Combined. John, I think you've accurately described what happens to adults with ADD in many areas of life. When we want something or decide on something, we want it NOW!
